Am I entitled to a free upgrade?
Executive status members are eligible for a basic vehicle upgrade . Members with Elite and Elite VIP status are entitled to a vehicle upgrade of two categories .*
In exceptional cases, we may not have the appropriate vehicles available for such a free upgrade. This is particularly common with bookings in higher categories. The guide for our vehicle categories (rental car categories) can be found here .
*Free upgrade does not apply to van and truck rentals, free weekend rentals, and rentals longer than 14 days. The upgrade is based on availability.
